About Us

Since the onset of the crises in the Anglophone Regions of Cameroon, we have observed some re-current negative trends in our communities which have been a call for concern: increase in unemployment and crime rates, juvenile delinquency, increase in the number of dependent children and old persons as well as negative physical health, mental health and psychological wellbeing etc.

The raison d’être for the creation of “Community Impact for Africa” -CIfA is to inspire, educate, train and empower youths towards economic independence and entrepreneurship, to build community friendly environments for the elderly, to break stereotypes and gender discrimination surrounding the girl child as well as contribute to the development of our communities

Organizational Objectives

To empower youth’s especially teenage mothers and young widows in sustainable livelihood activities.

To promote community health care and development amongst the elderly, female folks and other vulnerable groups.

Contribute to the fight against all forms of violence while promoting peace building, human rights, gender equality and disability inclusion.

To promote diversity of culture and enhance indigenous languages and cultural groups.

Mainstreaming disability in the fight against Covid 19 was the goal of Community Impact for Africa-CIfA today during their 10th outreach event to the Bamenda main market where they donated an adaptive hand wash tool and other basic hygiene kits to support Persons with Disabilities who are either shop owners or customers.
